Finally I get to tell everyone our story!! So as a select few of you know, Grant I (who hasn't been on here recently) is my boyfriend, the reason we didn't make it public on here....because we met off these FYMO/FYWO Forums  and we DO NOT want anyone to get ideas and think this is a potential dating site. That's why we waited to see where our relationship would go before we told everyone.
Now for those who want more details. I joined these forums like 2 years ago, and in Jan of last year some "Grant I" sent me a friend request on Facebook saying he was on the forums, not knowing who he was I got on the forums to see who he was. We emailed maybe once a week. Then we emailed more..and I got really curious what his voice sounded like and we started calling.(he lives in KS and I WA) We talked/texted for 5 months (my parents knew all along) when we started talking about one day maybe meeting each other. Around 6 months I gave my dad Grant's number and they began talking every week. On my 20th birthday in Aug, 7 months of talking with Grant, dad told me to run out to the office and get something, I opened the door and you guessed it...there sat Grant!!! I think it took me roughly 3 months to get over that shock and realize I actually met him and yeah, we were dating :p He was able to come up here and stay with us for 3 months and we got to know each other a lot better, dating over 1,500 miles aint' easy! It was amazing how God had it all worked out!
Well, today he took me for a walk in our woods, when I walked around the corner he had written with Pine branches "Will You Marry Me?" and had roses stuck in the snow around it. Romantic hu girls?? I was shocked. And of course I said yes. Honestly it really hasn't sunk in, I'm not sure when it will. I had to share it right away. But PLEASE we don't want everyone to start viewing others who post on here as "potentials" sure it could happen. but it better be some clear directions from God

Wow Grant don't embarrass me!!!!
Who is older than who Darcie? Grantg is 2 years older than me. The wedding will hopefully be the first or second week in August.
